The Kelpies Experience: 6 June 2026

Date: Saturday, 6 June 2026

Location: The Helix, Falkirk, FK2 7ZT

Cost: Registration £30; participants pledge to raise minimum of £250 per person

The Kelpies Experience invites you to embark on an exhilarating climb of 25 meters to the mouths of the Kelpies. This thrilling adventure includes navigating a series of seven ladders, crossing cables, suspended platforms, nets, and various aerial course features. After reaching the top, you will descend back to ground level either by abseiling or using a quick flight device, which is an automatic rope-based descending system that offers an initial ‘free fall’ experience before gently lowering you to the ground.

This experience is both mentally and physically challenging, featuring significant height exposure and requiring participants to climb ladders, crawl, crouch, and traverse uneven and sloped terrain. It promises to be an exciting adventure! Sign up now!

Every step you take will help ensure that no one in Scotland feels alone when they experience the loss of a baby.

The Kelpies, designed by Scottish sculptor Andy Scott, are remarkable achievements in design and engineering. Andy also created the beautiful Lulla-Bye sculpture at Mortonhall Children’s Memorial in collaboration with our charity in 2019. We are thrilled to celebrate Andy’s contributions once again in a way that supports our mission to ensure no one in Scotland is alone during such heartbreaking times.

By registering for the Kelpies Experience with Held In Our Hearts you must confirm you have read, acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of the Kelpies Experience Participation Agreement
